Next session 24 April 2024
Our next Wednesday book club will be on April 24th 2024 6-8pm at Heartfelt Living's studio in Central Edinburgh. We will discuss Esther Perel's book Mating in Captivity. Psychotherapist and New York Times bestselling author Esther Perel is recognised as one of today's most insightful and original voices in modern relationships.
This book is by no means only for those of you in long term relationships, it's for all of us, because (spoiler alert) the art of sustaining a passionate relationship lays in filling up our own cups and leading our own lives to the fullest, so that we have something to bring to the table, as well as spending time building that trusted nest for rest and deep love.
So please come along. We sit in front of the fire, drink tea and chat about the book. It is a free event, but you will need to let me know in advance if you are coming, so that I get an idea about numbers.
